You will get lots of organic traffic to your website and indirectly it helps to increase your website's google ranking in the google search. So without wasting much time, let’s see them one by one
1. Title of your Post
The TITLE is one of the most important factors of any web page. Your title of the post must be attractive, proper, and short. It must be 50-60 characters so that it can be visible completely. If it is more than 60 characters then you will see dots at the end. See the below screenshot.
The title of the page must be appealing and interesting so that people will click most of the time. You can refer a Magazines, News Papers, and TV news Channels to find out the interesting titles and you will also learn how they frame their titles or headlines.
You may also choose shocking titles for your post so that you will get more clicks because most of the time people do click such types of titles.
You may also choose such titles which show curiosity.
Well, these are some types of title, I have mentioned, but you must also remember it is related to your post and it gives an idea to the user what type of post it is.
2. Image after Title of the Post
You can add an image related to your post just after the title. The image should explain, what the article is all about. You can download the free images from other websites or you can create them, as per your content using some suitable tool.
3. Introduction of the post
After the image, you can write an introduction about the topic in 2-3 paragraphs. To give a fair idea.
4. Subheading
Your post must have subheadings and divide the content into several chapters. So that it helps to read.
5. Media Format
You can also use videos, images, and audio clips to explain the content in better ways. It will improve the quality of the article and it feels interactive.
6. Ordered List
You can use the bullet and numbers to define some points. It gives a good visual and helps to improve the presentation of data.
7. Conclusion
At end of every post, you must write a conclusion of the post. It gives a better understanding to the user. Some people before reading the actual post would like to start reading the conclusion and summary of the article. In such cases, if you don’t have a conclusion, people will go away from your site.
8. Social Media button and links
Each post on your website must have social networking buttons and links, through which anybody can share your post on social media and you will get more traffic.
9. Post Creation/Last Updated Date and Author Details
Being a good blogger, you do not forget to mention the post creation date or last updated date and author details. It helps the reader to know about the author and when the post was created and the last time updated. It put a good impression on the user and counted as a good habit of blogging.
These are the guidelines if you follow then the quality of the article is very high. People feel your post is interactive and knowledgeable.
